Party Videography Information

Please read the following before contacting us about booking your party video.

Included Services

 

The base price of each party videography package includes the following:

  • 3 DVDs/Blu-Rays/thumb drives of the party.  Each DVD/Blu-Ray comes complete with a case featuring a custom-designed cover.  Each DVD/Blu-Ray are custom-labeled.  If you wish to create your own labels/covers, please let us know beforehand.

  • Additional DVDs/Blu-Rays/Thumb drives are $20 each.

  • The raw footage is optionally available on either DVD or Blu-Ray.  This is included in the base price.

  • If you want the raw footage delivered on a portable hard drive or memory card, this service is not included in the base price.

    • Transferring the raw footage to a USB hard drive or memory card will cost an additional $150.  In the event that you want the footage transferred to a portable USB hard drive, you must provide the portable USB hard drive, or you will be billed for the cost of buying a portable USB hard drive.  We recommend that you provide at least a 500 gigabyte-capacity USB hard drive.   

    • Digital files will be delivered in the MP4 format.

  • We are not responsible for anything said or done by anyone in the raw footage.  In the event that you wish to edit the footage yourself, we are not responsible or will be held liable for the end product of your editing. You bear sole responsibility for your own editing.

Duration



We edit party videos to run about 30-60 minutes in duration.  If you have a specific duration in mind, please discuss this with us before the party.

Editing/Video Style

 

Unless you hire us to only shoot the party, creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at our discretion.  If you do not want certain footage in the party video, you must notify us before editing begins.

Payment

There is a $200 deposit due upon hiring.  The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.  We accept cash, check, and money orders.  For electronic payment (PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo), please contact us.  We require cashier's checks or bank checks for amounts greater than $700.

Scheduling/Booking

​

Please book your party at least thirty (30) days before the party. We cannot guarantee our availability if we are contacted less than thirty days before the party.

Videography Insurance

​

We carry videography liability insurance.  Please contact us for more information.

Discounts

​

  1. We offer a discount to active members and veterans of the U.S. military. Please email us for more information.

  2. We offer discounts to first responders and health car workers.  Please email us for more information.

  3. Multiple discounts may be applied, but total multiple discounts are limited to a maximum of 25%.  Please email us for more information.

Service Area/Distance Charges

​

We will charge additional travel expenses for events located more than two hours' drive away from Quakertown, Pennsylvania.  Travel expenses include gas, tolls, food, and lodging.  We serve eastern Pennsylvania and western New Jersey, as well as northern Maryland and Delaware.  Our service area includes the Poconos.  If you are unsure, please contact us.
